Download help

My download link expired

Protected download links may expire for security. If you are still on the order confirmation page, reload it to request a fresh link while the paid order can be verified.

The ZIP or one of the files will not open

Confirm that the download completed fully, then try extracting the ZIP again. If a file is missing, corrupted or still cannot reasonably be opened, email support and include the product name plus the file that is causing the problem.

I lost the confirmation page

Email support from the same address used during checkout. Include the product name and approximate purchase date so the order can be located.

Billing and refund help

Duplicate or incorrect charge

Contact support with the purchaser email, product name and charge date. Do not send your full card number. We will review duplicate-charge and billing-error reports against the order record.

Refund requests

Digital purchases are generally final after delivery, but duplicate charges, uncorrectable delivery failures, corrupted or missing files and products materially different from the sales description may qualify for correction or refund review. See the full Digital-Product Refund Policy.

Product help

Plainly Prepared products are self-guided digital tools. Support can help with access, missing files, obvious file defects and basic questions about what was included in the purchase. Product support does not include professional legal, tax, medical, engineering, inspection, accounting or other licensed advice.

Homeowner Operating System: the product includes a printable manual and digital operating workbook. Manufacturer instructions, local requirements and qualified professional guidance should control when they are more specific than a general maintenance reminder.
